I would like to give your team at Total Sports Travel a very special thanks.
My wife, Kathie and I have just recently completed our World Cup Bonanza Tour of New Zealand arranged by your team at Total Sports Travel.
When we initially signed up for the tour, we thought it would be a Rugby tour with some sightseeing. However we were wrong.
The effort and thought that went into the tour itinerary was unbelievable.We were fortunate enough to see alot of good Rugby but also we experienced
a number of special attractions that are only available in New Zealand.
The friendly attitude of you office team as well as the tour leaders was great.
Special thanks should also go to the Tour Leader, Mr Dick Marks, his ability to cater for all the special needs of sure a diverse group was exceptional.
The standard of accommodation and variety of tours ensured each day was going to rival the previous day.
In closing please thank all those involved, their efforts made a great trip even better.

Thank you for organising the fantastic RWC2011 tour ! It was well organised, accommodation was pretty good and so was all the arranged outings and Dick was an excellent tour guide. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would definitely consider doing it again should there be another tour in 4 years’ time !!

Brooke, the whole thing was excellent. Great choices of activities and accommodation. Maxine gave excellent service. Only accomm not up to the very high standards of Blenheim, Havelock Nth and Auckland,was t the Ventura at Hamilton.It was a real businessmans hotel rather than having the wonderful character of the others. But of course it was clean and well run, so no big deal. We had an outstanding time thanks for all your efforts. Regards Ralph and Frances.

We are 2 of the Brisbane contingent who went to China with the inaugural Shanghai Showdown in conjunction with the Brisbane Lions Football Club.
I am writing to commend you on the staff you have at your Travel Agency. Our first dealings were with Dina, Tyrone, and Mitch via the telephone. Then we had the meet and greet night in Brisbane conducted by Brooke Hallam and Kate Stevens (from the Brisbane Lions).
We knew from that moment the trip was going to be a great success, the professionalism displayed by Brooke was outstanding, especially when she had a couple of left field questions fired at her. Her warm and funny personality shone the whole trip. Nothing was a problem; anything could be fixed or changed.
As a group booking everything was very professional and well organised from start to finish.
please keep us in the loop for any other trips especially with the Brisbane Lions Football Club.

Just a quick email to wish you all a very merry Christmas (or as the French would say: "A Joyeaux Noel") and all the best for another good year ahead - 2008.
We thoroughly enjoyed our RWC 2007 journey and are still "remembering". There were so many highlights along the way but we still smile warmly remembering the Loire Valley experience. You made it a very special place for us and we really thank you for that.
We know there was a lot of effort put in by quite a number of people, and really appreciate the efforts by all. We doubt that we will experience such a wonderful tour in the future.
