    Mike Jones founded Total Sports Travel in 1998 after a long successful career in the Travel Industry including stints as an inbound tour operator and owner of a coach and limousine company. Mike has been in the travel industry for over 35 years and has developed strong relationships with all the major stakeholders in the Australian Tourism Industry.

    Commercial Manager

    Daniel has served in specialist business development consulting, sales, product and management roles in both the retail and wholesale segments of the travel industry for 15 years. An avid traveller, Daniel has experienced over 45 countries around the globe and has a Diploma in Business, with a major in Travel & Tourism.

  • DAVID THOMAS

    Systems Manager

    David’s career in the travel industry spans 10 years and includes roles in retail and corporate sales, IT and information systems. His passion for technology and systems has seen him successfully launch three online businesses, and he is currently undertaking a Masters in Information Systems Management/Business Admin. Equally passionate about sport, David has represented the state of Victoria for the past 4 years playing Men’s Netball.

  • MICHELLE SHRIVES

    Marketing Manager

    Michelle has more than 10 years experience in the travel industry having worked across many facets – from airline ticket sales to Brand Marketing Manager at Jetset. In addition Michelle started her own travel representation, sales and marketing company which led to her current role at Sportsnet. Michelle has a Bachelor of Business, loves to travel and is passionate about the Richmond Football Club.

     

    FRANK SCERRI

    Sales Manager

    Franks travel industry experience has spanned the last 22 years. Franks has had a chequered career focussing on Sales , Product Development and an emphasis on Individual  and Groups Special Interest tours. After establishing a string of successful niche travel business, Frank has joined the Sportsnet Corporation with a view to lead and further develop the sales teams.

      I would like to give your team at Total Sports Travel a very special thanks. My wife, Kathie and I have just recently completed our World Cup Bonanza Tour of New Zealand arranged by your team at Total Sports Travel. When we initially signed up for the tour, we thought it would be a Rugby tour with some sightseeing. However we were wrong. The effort and thought that went into the tour itinerary was unbelievable.We were fortunate enough to see alot of good Rugby but also we experienced a number of special attractions that are only available in New Zealand. The friendly attitude of you office team as well as the tour leaders was great. Special thanks should also go to the Tour Leader, Mr Dick Marks, his ability to cater for all the special needs of sure a diverse group was exceptional. The standard of accommodation and variety of tours ensured each day was going to rival the previous day. In closing please thank all those involved, their efforts made a great trip even better.       Thank you for organising the fantastic RWC2011 tour ! It was well organised, accommodation was pretty good and so was all the arranged outings and Dick was an excellent tour guide. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would definitely consider doing it again should there be another tour in 4 years’ time !!
